In October 2021, the primary result of the Central Government, at current prices, was a surplus of R$ 28.2 billion against a deficit of R$ 3.4 billion in October 2020. In real terms, net revenue increased R$ 8.7 billion (+5.9%), while total expenditure decreased by R$ 23.3 billion (-15.4%), compared to October 2020
