In May 2022, the primary result of the Central Government, current prices, was a deficit of R$ 39.4 billion against a deficit of R$ 21.0 billion in May 2021. In real terms, net revenue decreased R$ 4.1 billion (-3.3%), while total expenditure grew R$ 11.8 billion (+7.9%), compairing to May 2021
